Have You Heard of ‘Alien Dave’?

I have no idea who ‘Alien Dave’ really is, but I know he’s got a kick-butt UFO related website! My favorite section of the site is the Investigational Tools resource section. There are some topics in there I would never have thought of!
Maybe you’d like to learn how to:
  • Use countermeasure against the “Men In Black”, should you ever have a run in with them.
  • Measure UFO Flight Paths
  • Turn your television into a ‘UFO Detector’
  • Tell the difference between real crop circles and fake ones
He’s got all of this information and more. Lots of very useful maps, charts, locators, hot spot info, tips on ufo/nighttime photography..the works!

Keep Track of UFO Sightings Right On Your Desktop

This should be of interest to you rabid researchers ;) I was scouring the web for ‘UFO Reporting Software’, hoping to find a script that would let ufo-communication visitors post their own sighting reports directly to the site.
Well, I haven’t found a script to do this yet, but I did find a really cool piece of desktop software that you may be interested in.
It’s called UFO Watcher (free download here from downloadjunction.com)

According to the specs, this software allows you to:
  • Record detailed sighting information: date, time, location, details, witness names/emails
  • Import and display up to 3 different photos for each ufo sighting
  • Unlimited number of records
  • Print records and charts, search and sort
Plus, it comes with a built-in help file! Now, I should warn you, the software is free to download and try out, but it is considered shareware. The cost for the full program is: $19.95 Also, as far as I can tell, its only available for Windows based PCs.

Some ‘Twinklerish” UFO Sighting Reports

I always keep a close watch on the latest ufo sighting reports, and I scour through the data looking for anything that sounds like a ‘Twinkler’ sighting. Its hard to tell what people know..and just how much they know..about the Twinkler phenomenon.
While the majority of my witnesses report seeing star-like object that pulsate between white, red and green..a lot of the reports I find are coming up with white, red and blue. I’m not sure if that’s a different class of object altogether, a visual misperception or a variation on the anomaly.
Anyways, I’ve got three very intriguing reports to share with you today…
This first report points clearly to the light-responsiveness of the objects:

“Ufo attracted and responded to flashlight from aprox.60-80 miles away
Excerpt: My husband was out in the back yard of our country home, (about 8 acres) to take care of the dogs in the kennel. He was shining an ordinary flash light toward the stars on a clear night. Time was about 11pm. The sky was very clear and dark, no lights from the cities. He had been outside for about 15 minutes when he called me to come and look at this funny star.

This Second Report Illuminates Some of the erratic movements and behavior:

“It Looked Like a ‘Dog Fight’ Between Stars…”
Excerpt: The best I can describe it was it looked like a “dog-fight” between stars. They would move up and down, left to right, figure eights, you name it, zig-zag, at all different speeds. Their speed was unbelievable. This was not man-made!

The Third Report is simply an interesting variation on color:

“It Pulsated White, Red and Blueish-Green”
Excerpt: Noticed a pulsating star which looked liked Sirius, only it was to the far North. Next thought, its an airplane, but it wasn’t moving. I grabbed the binoculars and observed that it pulsated white, red & blueish green
